Elizabeth Hannibal Drury

Elizabeth Hannibal Drury is the author and illustrator behind 'Davis Goes Apple Picking', a heartwarming children's book that captures the essence of gentle adventures and the joy of learning through storytelling.

An educator by profession, Ms. Drury is most at home when collaborating with students on writing projects. Davis Goes Apple Picking is her first book and was, indeed, completed in collaboration with her 8th grade students at the time. Through her stories, Ms. Drury aims to support social and emotional development in young readers and writers.

Elizabeth Hannibal Drury (Mimi) has recently retired from teaching. She has three grown sons (and one small grand daughter). Ms. Drury lives in Hope, Maine with her husband (Pop), two cats, and, of course Davis, the dog.
